Shipping:
Shipping is next day Fed Ex delivery and includes appropriate packaging of your new pet. If price is listed as 'shipped' then shipping is included in the price.
*If actual shipping charges are above $55 and shipping is included in the price then the difference will be discussed with the customer and added to the sale amount. Example, if actual shipping is $65 then an additional $10 will be added to the total price.
Submit all contact info when ordering including name, address, phone number , and email. You will be contacted via email or telephone. Once you confirm receipt of final payment received and a shipping date your new pet will be sent to you. You must be home to receive shipment. Shipping in the US only.
Guarantee:
All reptiles are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. Under no circumstance to I accept returns. Please call or email me within 1 hour of delivery to notify me of your new pet's safe arrival. If there are any concerns about the health status of your new pet you must contact me as soon as it arrives at your door as stated above. This is especially important in the unfortunate event of DOA. At that time I will address your individual concerns. This guarantee also applies from the time of purchase at a reptile expo/show or any private sale except that the bearded dragon is to be inspected by the buyer with us (the seller) at the time of in-person purchases. There is an expectation that you will have researched the care and needs of your reptile before purchase and have an appropriate set-up for it so that the adjustment period is easier on the reptile. Please note delivery mishaps such as failure to deliver in a timely manner or delivering to an incorrect address when the correct address is on the shipping label other delays on the part of the shipping company are not my fault and will need to be taken up by the customer with the delivery company. I can assist by calling the shipping company to investigate if you have not already done so if you let me know. Also, if you have signed a release with a shipping company authorizing packages to be left at your door it is your responsibility to bring the package inside immediately. Again, I must be notified within an hour of the on time delivery time in this case regarding the safe arrival of your new pet. If you do not want packages left at your door please revoke the on file release signature to do so that you may have previously arranged with the shipping company. I cannot be held at fault for deliveries left at your door whether or not the shipping company has a signature release on file as this situation is out of my control. Basically, please be home and attentive to the delivery of the package. Thanks.
Recommendations:
Please have all research regarding your new pet done prior to your purchase. Relocation is a stressful time for a reptile and it is very important that you have all required housing, lights, heat, food items, etc. ready and waiting when your reptile arrives. Having everything set up reduces stress on your new reptile and makes for an easier adjustment to his or her new home. Limit handling in the first week or two while your pet adjusts to his/her new home and environment.
Payment:
I accept cash, credit card and PayPal. All payments must be received in full and clear before shipping. I do not accept checks and no longer accept money orders but can accept Western Union wire transfers.
Holds:
Your payment in full holds the dragon for you until the shipping date. I do not accept deposits or payment plans. 24hr holds may be arranged on an individual basis pending payment.
