Shipping:

Shipping is a flat rate of $50 for next day Fed Ex delivery and appropriate packaging of your new pet. Choose this option to be added to your shopping cart for an order of 1-10 babies or 1-5 juveniles. 1 adult can be packaged and sent for the flat $50 fee. Be sure to submit all contact info when ordering through PayPal including name, address, phone number , and email. You will be contacted via email once payment is received to arrange a shipping day. You must be home to receive shipment.

Guarantee:

All reptiles are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. If there are any concerns about the health status of your new pet you must contact me as soon as it arrives at your door(within 4hrs of delivery-esp. important in the unfortunate event of DOA). At that time I will address concerns. This guarantee also applies from the time of purchase at a reptile expo/show or any private sale. There is an expectation that you will have researched the care and needs of your reptile before purchase and have an appropriate set-up for it so that the adjustment period is easier on the reptile. Please note that we do not test for adenovirus which is similar to the policy of most hobbyist breeders.

Recommendations:

Please have all research regarding your new pet done prior to your purchase. Relocation is a stressful time for a reptile and it is very important that you have all required housing, lights, heat, food items, etc. ready and waiting when your reptile arrives. Having everything set up reduces stress on your new reptile and makes for an easier adjustment to his or her new home. Limit handling in the first week while your pet adjusts to his/her new home and environment.
